Is the Zillow renter screening
I'm trying to fill a current opening which I have posted on Marketplace and ZIllow. I've had several applicants. I noticed a prospective tenant can pay $29 and be able to use this on any rental posted on Zillow for 30 days. Is this a good option or are there better?
