Landlord Forms to place tenants

Hello all,

I recently built my first ADU and now I am looking to place a tenant.

Does anyone here have all the forms needed to do a tenant screening? Forms like application, release of information, actual lease agreement forms and whatever other forms are associated with placing a tenant? 

Any information guiding me to the right place would be greatly appreaciated.
