What is the best software to get started with?

I am renting out extra rooms in the house. What is the best software for background screening, credit screening, lease signing, and online-payment on a smaller scale? Thank you!

I recommend keycheck.com which is the preferred platform for Furnished Finder. The background and credit check process was easy to request and you can select the option for the applicant to pay for it. You can also collect rent, security deposits, and late fees through their site.
