Response with Inquires

Brandon Tan
Posted

Hello there,

I'm new to BP! I signed up for Furnished Finder and I see some of the inquires came thru and also see the tenant lead. I've reached out and responded to incoming inquires but so far no response whatsoever. Since I'm new to this , I would like some guidance on the following questions PLEASE.

1. What is your success response to your FF inquires or reaching out to tenant lead?

2. What are the general questions to ask if tenant interest in renting out my place?

3. Do I need to have lease agreement signed even tho it's for a couple months?

4. Do y'all normally accept credit card as payment ?

Any tips/guidance are welcome.

THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE !

Brandon
