Hi, 

I was informed by my listing agent who said I can "discriminate" meaning I can ignore, reject, decline app compared to in her capacity she needs to take every call/messages and respond. For example, section 8 applicants. So if I received an application from a section 8 applicant, can I ignore or reject it without providing reasons?

Wanted to get a clarification on this!
