Is only PO Box address acceptable in rental history?

2 applicants. Applicant 1 has 509 credit score. Stable job for 20+ years. Provided W2/Paystubs/references and credit report matches previous rental addresses. All looks good for applicant 1. But applicant 2 did not provide any single residential address in application saying he travels 85% of time. He did not provide driver license. Instead provided Texas ID card which has his employer’s address.  He makes $175k yearly and has good credit score 725. But W2 and Paystubs has only same PO Box addresses. Can Texas ID has employing company’s address? Never seen this before. Is this a red flags?  What is the best way to handle this? Application looks OK but not sure what's going on for not providing any single residential address in application by applicant 2.
