Newbie Question - Charging Applicants for Background Check

New to property management, and I'm looking at using tenantbackgroundsearch.com, but it seems I pay for the report.  What's the recommended way to get reimbursed by the applicants, i.e. Zelle, check, etc.?

I use baselane for tenant screening.  It lets you pick and choose what all you want screened (income jobs, criminal/background etc) lets you have the tenant pay it too, and then can setup banking, rent collection, and other landlord tools all in one place.
