Leasing to a Company vs an Individual

Good Morning BP community. I have a property that Is turning over, and the new clients company is going to be leasing it. I am trying to do an application for a corporation vs an individual. The question is what do you do different in your approval process for a company vs an individual? How do you handle renters insurance? Imagine the Mid term rental operators in the community probably have experience with this. This would be an 18 month lease. Thanks
