Deeper Tenant Screening
Hello. We have a unit available January 1 and just started showing it this week. Received five applications already. Just wondering any advice or tools people are using to more deeply screen/select tenants? In NJ, we are currently a non eviction state so want to do more than credit and income to screen tenants to promote timely rent payments during this moratorium. Thanks!
