Analyzing Landlord Apps - Cozy.co vs. Avail.co?

I’m reviewing these two online apps and would love to hear feedback from anyone who has used either or both.

I loved Cozy.co but unfortunately they transitions to Apartments.com and it has a been a nightmare dealing with them.   I found their app and Web site extremely difficult to figure out. It has baffled my tenant as well.  I am getting ready to fire them this month and switch to a new service.

Hi @Nisa Aduwu, I use Cozy.co and love it.  I can't speak to Avail.co however.  What I like about Cozy is that it is free for everyone for rent collection.  I also use them for tenant screening.  Cozy will email them a link and the applicant pays them directly so you don't collect any money.  I like that aspect of it.  It takes a few days for the rent to hit your account but you can pay a few bucks to have it transferred sooner.

Hi @YiBing T., I'm not as familiar with the tenant side of Cozy but I know some of my tenants have reoccurring payments set up.  I'm not sure if they can use a debit card or if they need to use a bank account number.
