Best way to list 1 br w/ den condo
Is it best to list for rent a 1 bedroom with den condo as a 2 bedroom or as a 1 bedroom?
A tenant would most likely use the room as an office/den space. There is a closet and room for a twin bed, but no door or 2nd bathroom.
Hoping to get some input from the community. Would someone looking for a 1 br + den most likely search for a 1 br or 2 br unit?
