Is cold calling illegal?

Is cold calling sellers illegal now? What if I’m a wholesaler not using an entity? Would I still need to register with the Do Not Call Registry?

It is COMPLETELY and UTTERLY irrelevant whether or not it is illegal.

Do you hate being cold called? Have you ever received a call that said:

"your Google listing is..." or

Anything with solar panels, or

Health care enrollment is... or...

TELL me you love them. I dare you. TELL ME!!

No right?

Now son, lay down on my Sigmund Freud couch here and tell me how you feel when you get these calls every 30 minutes. Tell me how you feel. Tell me about your mother too!

Don't be a douche. That is NO WAY to run a business. You need to make sure you have an impeccable public image. What all you cold callers mentality is... is as follows.

"I don't give a flying frog how many people I annoy, as long as I get that one guy that wants to sell their house and I can make a dollar".

Now this is all well and dandy (it is NOT!!), but consider this... Running a successful business is not about getting that one client. Running a successful business is about becoming the authority in your space. Which means you need to be locally/nationally seen as the trustworthy, trustable, kind, helpful , considerate of your clients feelings team that DELIVERS results AND Customer satisfaction.

When you cold call, for every person you make a deal with you piss off 600+ people. Although you made ONE deal, your company reputation is plummeting. The more you call the harder it will be for you to become successful.

Notice everyone.. I didn't even talk about how retarded STUPID and ridiculous the notion of cold calling is. Cold calling does NOT work, and this is not opinion, I have the data, numbers graphs to PROVE to you without you being able to challenge me on this!

Cold calling is stupid! Don't do it. There are better ways to get leads of higher quality and quantity.

All leads are 100% hands-off. I don't lifet a finger I don't spend a cent. And the best part?

100%... as in EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE.... THANK ME and appreciate me, for the time I gave them.

If you do any of these stupid methods, there is something left to be said about your business ethics, and in all honesty your ability to use common sense and think straight.

It is time for you all to think!, Look at data, and not at the sheepsass in front of you, that you are blindly following!

@Logan Clark - Most experienced wholesalers make sure to scrub your list and remove anyone on the DNC registry. If you continuously call someone on this list, they have a case against you and can sue.
