Direct Mail Marketing - Zip Code Look-Up

Hello everyone,

I've been reading BiggerPockets for two months, and greatly appreciate the oustanding feedback and supportive culture.

I am currently managing a "direct mail marketing" campaign for our fledgling real estate business.

We paid our local county to create a customized report, listing properties with housing violations. The problem is the report only lists street address, county, and state - NOT zip code. Our entire business model revolves around zip code.

Since there is nearly 1,000 properties on each report, manually looking up zip codes is very time consuming.

Is anybody aware of a service whereby we can provide an excel/word document listing street address, county, and state , and we can be provided a zip code for each property?
