Can I get feedback on my logo?

Question

Finishing up my logo. Could I get some feedback? What do you think of the tag line? My husband thinks we should change the last part to: "We provide Solutions".  I know the tag line will be too small for a business card. I'll have it in two lines and the font in a bigger size.  Thanks! Carrie

very nice logo. I vote for "we provide solutions"

1) The first two phrases sets the stage. Saying "home solutions" doesn't add any value to the proposition.

2) what if I had an investment property issue? You're tag line would exclude me from considering you. Is that your objective?

I agree with your husband - change to "We Provide Solutions", it's more succinct.

With the tagline, maybe change the color to the Seabreeze blue to a darker gray. Seabreeze blue (meaning the blue you used in your logo with the Sea Breeze print) will help with printing costs and may simplify logo, but check it out first.

Hey, I appreciate your feedback!  I see what some are saying. I do not really say that I purchase homes. And yes, I guess I could be a  realtor using my logo.

I'm going to re-think this totally and ask what is my message.

Thankfully My fiverr guy will  do revisions.

I think Al has a good point.

Not that using "home" is that bad, but his point is a good one that it doesn't really add that much.

Agree with others that I would use "provide" with or with out "home".  It is a more powerful statement.

Overall I like the logo.  It is pleasant to the eye and looks professional.

Personally I would not think you were a Realtor and I assume you are a wholesaler.  Though being in this world I have seen hundreds of wholesalers stuff so the messages are always relatively similar.  :)

Is your name home solution or Sea Breeze home solutions?

The logo emphasizes home solution... if you want people to remember your full name i would make sea breeze bigger as well.

Your last line is hard to read due to the color of it, i would change the color so its easier to read.

Home is already in your name  so i would go with less words and say We Provide Solutions.

@Al Williamson  I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you are saying. I will be marketing to absentee owners, probate and also putting up bandit signs, car magnets etc. I'd love any advice you could give.

Thanks so much everyone for your responses. @Curt Davis  , I plan to send out direct mail, get car magnets and put up bandit signs. The direct mail would at some point use the logo but not the others. I do want to the logo for my business card. It will also include wording specifically on how I can help them with verbiage such as Behind in Payments?, Bad Tenants? etc. I plan to hand this out to any and all I meet, to those I know as well as include it in my mailings at some point. Do you feel I would still sound like a realtor. I want to be clear and sound professional.  Thanks!
