Rental Analysis Spreadsheets or Tools

Hello all,

Looking for good examples of spreadsheets and/or tools (thinking websites like BP's tools) for conducting rental analysis. My SO and I are looking to start investing in rental properties and we have the basic knowledge but want to obtain toolsets to help us do the analysis quickly. Unsure if there are good sites out there that attempt to use MLS or other listing data to compile information and analyze it for this purpose too - if there are and you've had good experiences with them, would like to know about it. What do you all use and where are they available?
