Hi

I am planning on buying a code violations list in my city and sending out around 1000 postcards. Does anybody have a postcard they have had success with sending to houses with code violations?

Thanks,

Will

Above all else its more important that you commit to mailing these prospects consistently. Don't mail this list one time and expect a home run. In addition, don't get too caught up in the minutia of trying to figure out what message to send to code violations versus absentee owners.

Personally, I send the same "we buy houses as is" post card to every lead source, code violations being one of them.
