Free Classified Ad Sites
Good morning,
A quick question regarding marketing via Free Classified websites. Is anyone still using free classified sites to market for Motivated Sellers? If so, can anyone recommend any best practices?
History: At one time (when I first began marketing for LPO leads for a fellow investor) the Free Ad Sites were the place to go to find motivated sellers. Now, either I'm not posting in the right places of i.e Cragslist / BP etc or my ads aren't as well constructed as I think they would be to attract motivated sellers. I have noticed that it has become a little more difficult to Find FSBO's and such on these popular FREE sites, however,
a) Is anyone still using them? if so,
b) what have your your results been like of the past 30 - 90 days?
c) how can I get better at marketing (in general) & marketing for Sellers any suggestions would be helpful.
The current changes in CL doesn't really bother me to much, I just want to know if I'm waiting my time? (Feels that way to me) I've been really using Cl / BP and others to post ads to generate traffic to my site
