Probate PR - Outside of country - worth it?

Question

I am working thought my probate leads for this month and noticed few leads where probate personal representatives live outside of country.  Have two in London, one in New Zealand and one in Canada.

Is it worth it to reach out to these guys?

Don't know if Buddy has, but I have dealt with both PR's and heirs located outside the U.S.

It used to be more of a hassle: for my first international deal I had to overnight physical docs to principal signer. Had a deal many years ago that my admin made an error and had to re-sign, requiring a new set of docs to be FedEx'd. She was near Sydney, Australia and this required her to drive to US Embassy to sign in front of notary --twice.

While we can't record digital signatures (yet) I love the ability to send docs to escrow digitally, who in turn use a mobile signing service (DocPros) who has a nationwide network of mobile notaries to sign up principals and Fed Ex signed docs back to escrow.  One more problem area that normally does not involve my time.

I can't say enough about engineering systems into your business, from data, to inbound phone calls, to Deal-flow, research, due diligence, doc production, everything.  Serious, motivated clients will jump thru the hoops and hurdles and the time wasters will self-select until which time they become serious and motivated.

One of the best principles that I learned some twenty years ago: never work on marginal deals or with unmotivated people.
