What are creative lease strategies for 5 story building w/ no stairs?
Hey guys. We acquired an older five story building in Des Moines with intent to re-commission an elevator along with other capex. The elevator ended up costing 3x what we had in the pro forma (500k) and now we're having trouble leasing floors 4 and 5. We've tried adding laundry and grocery services but are not sure how else to solve the issue. Any creative thoughts?
