Marketing & Advertising

Vontarius Dameko

What is the typical marketing & advertising route for those in real estate? I know there is stereotypical organic advertising done via Facebook groups & short-form videos on TikTok & Instagram. I have my company servicing a variety of niches but I've always had an interest in real estate so its been piquing my curiosity more as of late in this market. I'd love to hear your thoughts regarding the matter!

@Vontarius Dameko Hi Vontarius, I’m not sure if you’ve got a real estate agency or are talking about marketing rental units.

Personally for my rental units I’m using FB and the local town/neighborhood pages which I just listed a rental for about 36 hours and took it down due to so many responses, over 50, and 5 days later after it has been taken down am still getting responses.

The top two local real estate agencies and agents are also posting announcements of their recent sales and closings on FB and Instagram and one of the Agencies has a weekly spot they run on IG called “Testamonial Tuesdays” where they spotlight 6-7 of their agents with pictures in a reel

Format and a testimonial that has come in about that agent during the past 10 days or so. It runs every week. This agency has a large number of offices, maybe 10 with at least 100 agents throughout the region so this works well for them and you get a wide variety of different agents.
