Hello, I have a 3 bd 1 ba. I finished the remodel and am looking for tips on marketing the property. The property has been listed for about 2 months. I have spent about $100 boosting on facebook marketplace. It's also listed on Zillow and Apartments.com. I placed a sign out front as well, because the property is placed on a busy street. Please provide any tips or websites that can generate more leads.
