Urgent Question about Serviceable Addresses with Direct Mail

A basic question. If you have the correct street address, city, state and zip, but the name is incorrect will your mail still be delivered?

For example, I am working on some vacant properties that I skip traced. I found the new owner/heir's address, but I wouldnt change the name on the postcard, I would leave the name as the deceased owner of the vacant house.

Thanks

It will still get delivered to the address you have written on it.
