Hello BP Community,

I currently self manage my duplex and have amazing tenants.  When I market my long term (1 year lease) rentals as available I have only ever used Zillow and Apartments.com.  I am curious to know what other marketing websites and strategies you employ when listing your rentals.

Hi Brandon, came across your thread. Beyond Zillow and Apartments.com, maybe expand to Realtor.com as well. SEO optimization with targeted keywords can significantly boost visibility across these platforms.

Strong photos and virtual tours tend to convert leads more effectively - tools like Asteroom or Sphere.app let you create these yourself. For vacant units, consider virtual staging through VirtualStaging.ai or something like that to help prospective tenants visualize the space.

Hope this helps expand your marketing toolkit.
