Zillow censoring listing

Has anyone expierience censoring by Zillow or other online marketing webpages?

I listed my rental 5.5.2025 and got several messages. I responded to them, but today 5.9. I saw a notice at the message that I have violated some rule that they have not shared with me! After reading their vague rules I am still clueless! Reminds me off early Covid scams.
