Trouble finding quality tenants
Anyone have suggestions for finding quality Tenants in a town like Knoxville, IA? I have a duplex that's set up nice for older folks but I'm struggling to find anyone who's not going to trash the place. I have Ads on realtor.com, Zillow, and a sign in the front yard. Seems like I get more calls from the sign than anything, but not the people I'm looking for...
