Help with Probate marketing

So, I've decided to look into marketing to probate cases. I downloaded a file from our County which contained all probate cases from a certain day. I attached what the file shows.... What the heck do I do with this info??? This is for Broward County Florida.

Anyone doing probate work in Broward that could give me some input? Anyone know what any of this means? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Joe - begin where you are.

If you are unprepared or unwilling to pay for data in a format that's more user-friendly, dissect each field, one at a time, to break down its meaning or relevance to what you're looking for. Sort of like the old joke about how to eat an elephant: one bite at a time.

Your title indicates you are a rehabber. Don't know your experience but let's assume you pretty well know house types, values and neighborhoods in your area. So, you ought to look for property address in the data fields that match your criteria.

You'll want the name and address, at minimum, of the person in charge, empowered to be able to sell the property to you. You can decide which ones to contact and if you prefer to mail, call or see them in person, or all of these.

Since your county produce the data, they know the format. It may well be worth the price of a few hours spent at the probate courthouse where you can pull actual case files and ask questions from court staff.

Like anything new, it may look foreign now so be patient and don't give up, now matter what.
