Services that capture phone numbers

Hey BP fam,

I am creating a list of motivated sellers and would like to know how have other REIs captured phone numbers. What service(s) have you all used and what is a reasonable price to pay for such services? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Eric H. 

I use Google Voice.  Its free with all Gmail accounts unless you want to change your number (they charge $10 for a new number).

When the sellers call in, the numbers are stored in your Google voice account even if they don't leave a VM.

So far, it been great for me.  I also use the service to send text messages from that number as well.
