Real Estate Truck

I leased a moving van about 1 year ago and have been giving it away in Aspen Colorado to locals and non-profits for use whenever they like.

It has generated a lot of good will but NO leads that ended up panning out.

My question is: How should I change the program to be more effective? I want to give back but my intention was to have the referrals pay for the truck and I donate my time to organize the whole thing.

Any thoughts?
