Where can I get Free (non copyrighted) reports

Question

Hello fellow investors.
Hope you can help. I am working on upgrading my website and I would like to offer a number of "free reports". My problem is i really do not have the time to research and write them. I want to cover subject like, Avoiding Foreclosure (this could be more then one, IE Short Sales, forbearance, Foreclosure law, etc, etc) Credit rebuilding, Refinancing, and anything else people want info on related to Real estate. Free info for investors would be great as well to help build a buyers list. So if any of you know where I might get content that I can give out with out breaking any copyright laws please post you suggestions.

I'm not really sure about reports per se, but I know you can get what you want in regards to articles.  As long as you give the author credibility or keep the "About the Author" section in tact (it varies depending on each service), then you can post as many as you want on your site.  www.ezinearticles.com and www.artclebase.com are a couple of the largest article submission sites.

That's a good idea but I would like to believe there is someplace on the world wide web where one can get or purchase reports ready made. I want to offer them on my web site.  I would most likely tweak them for a better fit. Have it set up so the suspects (oops I meant prospects) leave their email address and possibly a little more data in return for a report. As well as start them on an email campaign. Like many others web sites have do.
