When should I create a site for my business?

So BP, I'm working on finding my first wholesale deal. In an effort to reach out to motivated sellers, I'm looking into a starting a website to create more traction to my business. Is this the right move to make even though I don't have prior experience under my belt? Also, what sites are my fellow investors using to create their own websites? (I know there is Wix, Squarespace and Weebly among others)

This is the old chicken vs. egg question of which should come first.

I think Scott's point is that the activities are not mutually exclusive.  Rather than give up an hour that you might be driving for dollars in order to set up a wordpress site, maybe you give up an hour of watching Netflix instead.

Can you get a lead and do a deal without a website?  Sure.  Will building a website prevent you from finding a deal? Unlikely, assuming you are spending adequate time and effort on finding motivated sellers.
