How do you find Real Estate agents to work in your team?

You can search for agents in your area here on BP.  Also just search for "investor agent (your city)", "Investor friendly agent (your city)" or other similar searches on Google.  Those should help you gather some names. Once you have a list of possibilities call them up with a list of the same questions for each so you can do a good comparison. A good agent will be helpful, but not overly eager.  An agent who is willing to do anything usually means that they are desperate for the business.
