New locations! New outlook on Real Estate!

Good day everyone! We are currently working here in Tampa on a few Residential Projects, and most recently Baton Rouge, Louisiana! We have also just began focusing our efforts in Independence, Missouri for opportunities in Commercial Real Estate. It's been a fun journey! Are there any individuals who too, happen to align with these locations? If so, we would kindly appreciate any and all advice or interest. We never know it all. We are always looking to learn more.
