About to sell our 1st property
We're just about to finish up our 1st rehab project. Any suggestions on the best way to market it? We are going to list it on MLS, we have a For Sale sign out front, and have fliers made up, and we will ofcourse put an ad in the paper and hold an open house. Is there anything else creative we can do that has worked for any of you? We want this house to be noticed!
