Is there an alternative software to PropertyRadar for NJ?

Hi everyone!

I am new to the real estate flipping business. I have come across PropertyRadar but this is only for some states. I am looking for a very similar "software" to use in NJ. Does anyone know of any?

@Wayne Brooks on realtytrac, make sure you use the link I provided above. That product is 100% different then what you get if you just sign up on their home page. The product I'm referring to is more like ListSource.

@Sean OToole Yeah, I thought maybe so.  It's that "similar sounding name", some guys out of Boca I believe.  It seemed to have the ability to generate good data, and create a mailing list.  I haven't looked at Realtytrac for a while, thanks.

@Wayne Brooks - Florida is #1 on our list of expansion states. Wasn't me 9 months ago, I haven't yet done much speaking out of our coverage area.

The tools mentioned in the posts above are probably your best choice nationally. For lists you could also look at RealtyTrac's pro product: http://marketinglists.realtytrac.com/ (not their consumer site), as an alternative to ListSource. RealtyTrac has better foreclosure data then CoreLogic. But ListSource mixes in Experian's demographics data which can be useful for certain lists, though it isn't great data (not a knock on Experian, just consumer demographics data in general).

Also be sure to look for local providers. Though they typically don't have the software, tools and options of the larger players, they often have the best data, most tailored to the local area. Finally I believe a lot of Florida county recorders and courts have pretty good online resources, so be sure to check those too.

The closest thing in quality and depth would probably be a combination of Corelogic's products: Listsource and RealQuest. PropertyShark would be more affordable though.
