My #1 Strategy for marketing my properies!!
Have all my buyers sign up to my email list at Aweber email service. Once I have a property under contract, I go to the house and video tape the outside and inside of the property and tell them the financial details. I then upload the video to youtube and shoot and email to my email list.....I usually have a buyer within 3 days.
