mailer campaigns and inbound call / CRM solutions

Hi,

I am getting ready to set up a mailing campaign and if anyone has advice on a good CRM system and ,perhaps more importantly, on setting up a 1`800 number that will allow sellers to call in, listen to a recording, and leave their information.  Then if possible have that go directly into my CRM system.     I have looked into a few including ZOHO with Ringcentral  as well as Podio.   

Any suggestions?    I would really appreciate any input.  many thanks
