Agent Wholesaler
My name is Ashley and I am a licensed Florida real estate agent currently on active duty military status. I've been in the military 3 years so I'm a little out of the loop when it comes to real estate regulations.
In any event, when I return to Florida in the next few months, I plan to activate my license again. However, I will be doing so in order to have access to the Florida MLS for wholesaling purposes and not exactly for real estate sales.
My question is this: what responsibilities would I have in regards to disclosure for those individuals that I would be attempting to work with through the wholesale process since I'm not working in an agent type capacity?
