yes, absolutely. I also market to different groups, not just the one group. Estates, divorces, behind on taxes, mods, and my driving for $$ list.

Also a member of 2 big REIAs, host my own BP meetup, and have a website and a couple of facebook pages. Not everything was done all at once. It has been building over the last couple of years.

I am sure there are a bunch of services that can help with your marketing needs. I started with a list that I bought from the county, then added another, then another. Also, I have changed my postcards several times. There is always an evolution, not just with marketing, but with your whole business. Things slowly change over time. After 2 years things are starting to get a whole lot better.

RIchard, I am also in San Antonio and a Real Acquisitions user (mostly for comps and deal analysis).  I am a member of Alamo RLEIA since 2012 and SAREIA. I am interested in your BP meetup.

I currently use either FindMotivatedSellersFast or Cameron Dunlap's Vacant House Data Feed for leads. I got too high of non delivered post cards or yellow letters from ListSource.

I use Real Acquisitions. They help with the lists. I have my own postcards printed with a local printing company. I handwrite the name and address of the owner on each postcard.

Click2mail is the USPS who can help with marketing.

Listsource is another one that I hear is very good. I have not used either of the two.
