yes, absolutely. I also market to different groups, not just the one group. Estates, divorces, behind on taxes, mods, and my driving for $$ list.

Also a member of 2 big REIAs, host my own BP meetup, and have a website and a couple of facebook pages. Not everything was done all at once. It has been building over the last couple of years.
