help with mentorship in south florida
I am a newbie that has been studying for the last month. I haven't purchased anything yet. I am looking for a local seasoned real estate investor that would be willing to take me under their wing and help me with my learning curve. I am interested in buy and hold on smaller properties ie duplex, tri's etc as well as flipping. I live in Broward county and I am very serious and excited about moving forward with my career.
