New Member in Northern VA

Hi Everybody,

I am a new member living in Fairfax County, VA. I am wholesaling/flipper (been at it for just a couple months, with no leads yet though. I have been in construction for quite some time and used to be an agent.

I have been trying yellow letters. Anyone have a good template or design for postcards? Or maybe a better saying than just "I want to buy your house for cash and close in 10 days."

Also, what kind of lists do you get a good response with for this?
