Hello and thank you for viewing my post!

I am curious about note flipping. I am new to real estate investing. I heard of note flipping via webinar I viewed two weeks ago. Does anyone have any experience with note flipping? Specifically, finding investors to feed notes that are for sale in exchange for a referral fee? I want to learn more about this niche in real estate investing!
