Remember that time you put the wrong number on your letters...

Yup, that was me. And it was proof read by 3 individuals. It's just a simple mis-type with the area code (210 instead of 219) but a costly mistake and a pissed-off dude in Texas getting all my calls. It's not like I can undo the mailing and unfortunately people don't seem to be sharp enough to realize the mistake when they get some dude in TX. Plus my email address is on the letter this time as well. I guess this is a $1000 lesson in triple checking the phone number which is the most important part of the letter.

Any thoughts on fixing this or just wait for next month's mailing?

Send the 210 guy $100 as an apology for all the trouble, and say you'll give him another $100 for every call he forwards on to the correct number. Worth a $100 try I suppose. Don't beat yourself up. I've seen the smartest people I know make worse mistakes, done it myself too. Just got to push on through it. :)
