Hi Felicia, I would highly endorse @Andrew Davis as an investor friendly realtor.   He is the top guy I know of and I've spoken with DOZENS!  Also for an attorney you may want to lookup Hope Richards, she also happens to be very knowledgeable on Land Trusts if that is part of your investing strategy.  As far as a Title Company, get in contact with @Ryan Kopczyk
