1st Postcard Campaign Critiques!

Hey BP!

So the day has finally come...I'm only a few clicks away from approving my first postcard campaign and thought I'd come to the only place I know for some solid advice.  So I'm doing mostly(85%) absentee and the remaining are D4D(vacant/distresses) and pre-foreclosure(realtytrac search).  I'm doing high equity and some of the local towns near me.  I've got my google voice number all set with a voicemail and some basics of how I purchase properties.  My podio app has pretty solid fields so I can screen calls and TRACK them as I go.  I think I'm as ready as I'll ever be and ready to take action, take action, take action with a side of action, and keep the campaign running! So...rip me apart and let me know what you think!
