Searching for Expired Listings in Northern California

I'm trying to find a list of expired listings of 5+ unit properties in Northern California (Alameda, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Yuba, Stanislaus, etc). I don't want the list from the MLS for various reasons which would take me a while to type out.

Is there a list service that I can use for **accurate** expired listing data? If not, that's fine too. I just want to know how to best spend my time and energy to find these properties. Thanks for the help!
