Yellow Parers: Marketing

Hello,

I am an Accountant looking to get into flipping houses. However, I need some guidance when approaching the home owners. I've sent in yellow letters stating that I'd like to buy their home and left my contact information in the letter- no luck! I would appreciate any advice you could give me to make my first sale!

Thanks!

Chioma

Your low response rate could be associated with any of the items already mentioned as well as the amount of letters you sent out, what type of lead you are marketing to and your message in the letter.  I suggest making the yellow letter as personable as possible!
