propertyradar vs agentpro

I'm using both propertyradar and agentpro247 looking for single family residences, absentee homeowners, high equity and no foreclosures in Washington state.

Propertyradar is giving me 3x the record count. I've double checked my filter criteria a few times to make sure it's the same. Even if they're pulling from different databases, that seems like a huge discrepancy. 

Any ideas why that may be happening for me? Thanks
