hi!

i'm a newbie with a lot of questions, however i want to be very direct and short. i'ld like to buy a rental  property or flip houses. i'm currently renting. Do i keep renting and invest in rental property or buy a house first and save for the rental. i know zillow and remax are good places to look for houses. is there another website i could go to find great deal. i live in bucks county pennsylvania. can you guys give me some advice on how to start, and where in PA i can buy good rental or my first home. to be honest i only have 10k to start.

thanks.

I would connect with local investors/ wholesalers.  They will help you find deals as well as get you in touch with money people.  So, I believe that your buy your own home/renting is a personal preference.  However,  if I was you I would buy a property that you can live in as well as flip it at the same time.  That way you can accomplish your first flip and save money for you next rental.  Good luck!
