Hey Guys,
I am trying to mainly focus on Cold Calling For my Real Estate Company.. Working on getting 2 Cold Callers to Make Calls.. But One Issue.. Finding a good Skiptracing Company for Phone Numbers..
My plan is to get data list from Listsource & Import them into a Skiptrace service.. I'm currently planning on using 2. Trying to find the best one to go with.. So far Mojosells vs Belleslink.
Have any of you guys heard of one of them before? If No, which one would you recommend to get accurate phone numbers of sellers. & Yes I know about Do Not Call Registry, and actually plan to filter them out..
I haved looked into TLO & Accurint but their Approval process is very strict..
Any recommendation is welcome. Thanks

@Steven Jean-Jacques we are coming into a golden age of skip tracing. There are many companies offering the service and prices have gone down significantly for many of them in the recent past. Some of them are more reliable than others. I have experience with a couple different services. Most recently I've gotten an 85%-90% hit rate with phone numbers and about 50% of them including emails and info for next of kin that helped me tremendously.
