QUALITY leads.
Hello all, I am a new investor looking to land that elusive first deal. I have started marketing this week in Rochester, NY, and I'm getting a few phone calls already. I am looking to share these leads with another experienced investor who would be willing to co-wholesale an show me how to convert these leads and get better at analyzing deals. Again, these are quality leads from a direct mail campaign and other methods. We would co wholesale the deal and in return split any profits 50/50. So, I will bring quality leads and you bring proven skills and we can make some $$.. I would like to work with someone sooner than later, I have 3 leads waiting to talk Right now. I'm ready to work, I just want to be more productive than just busy!!
